Reason for selection:
While pole transformers are required to have high reliability, they are installed in all sorts of environments. Those situated in such severe environments as coastal areas are put in cases of carbon steel coated with zinc or other metals.
The applicant developed a new approach to use stainless steel for these cases in pursuit of higher durability.
Stainless steel cases may be prepared not only for new transformers but also existing ones, which helps improve durability of the equipment with minimum additional costs.
This product is made to new specifications and has contributed to expand demand for stainless steel.
